The honest answer: we're working toward it. Council Zero already supports self-hosted deployment with SQLite or PostgreSQL. The core deliberation engine, genetic algorithms, and agent system are designed to run independently. We're building in the open — the question is timing and sustainability.

Self-hosted mode is available today for Enterprise customers. A broader open-source release is on our roadmap — we want to get the API surface stable first.
